This is a known bug - features available in 3.9 were removed in 3.10 with the new multilingual url system was implemented:

I thing there is another issue regarding new URLs and search engines...
I have added the
[URLTranslator] TransformationGroup=urlalias_compat
to the site.ini
Now the page haves links like artigo/cotações-e-preços/
Clicking that link redirects to artigo/cotacoes_e_precos/
Ok, but I prefer the old way when the links are like artigo/cotacoes_e_precos/without accented characters.
How the search engines deal with this redirects?How can I revert to the old links?
