Before playing around with the sql tables I would try to disable the url translation: http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/reference/configuration_files/site_ini/urltranslator
Then log in and remove the faulty forwarding rule.
Depending the forwarding rule another idea would be to create a new site access for the admin (just copy the folder and update the override site.ini). Then log in with this siteaccess and then remove the rule.
