Hi

This is a lone shot, but I think I had a somewhat similar problem. I.e. I wanted my user to be listed in various lists on my site in the content section.

1: Add a, or several locations for each user group in the content part
2: These location nodes where then in the same section as the rest of the site. I then made node overrides for the locations nodes which simply fetched all children of the main root node( users in the user section). This meant that my users where listed in the content section using that layout and not the user section. However, full view on a single user within the content section was not possible, therefore search in user were turned of.

I do not know if this is of any help.

Hi,

Yes that's exactly where I get to - I have lists which display correctly but when I go to full item view things go to pieces with the wrong pagelayout. I really haven't found a satisfactory solution to this other than to manually assign users to another section (which really isn't good as I have to explain sections to some users and give them too much access).

Thanks nonetheless.
