Start by reading the "eZ publish basics" chapter; then go an and follow the "How to build an eZ publish site" tutorial. Both are available from within the documentation pages.

Pardon my bad english but since you don't have the time to spell right nor pose your question in an understandable way why should anyone bother to take the time to try an answer it?
