Very sorry to hear :(

I think that the first step would be to talk the situation through with Netgen.  A public argument does not seem necessary at the moment.

I agree with Peter.

@ Hrvoje: I understand how are you feeling in this moment since I did this bad experience many times, but personally I don't think that Netgen is the kind of web agency which needs to "steal" work for "some ice-cream money", so i suggest you to talk with them directly.

We are all competitors in this community, and I think this is not the right place for personal complaints, we cannot use public forums for that.

Sandra and Peter - I agree with you. My intention was solving this without media exposure, but one croatian portal published this story today so I concluded it is now OK discuss this topic inside community here on share.ez.no, just to collect some opinions for legal fight we will start soon..

You should know that Netgen  was very small web agency with mostly ice-cream value references until we subcontracted them to do part of work as eZ publish developers for our projects - mayor croatian companies and government. They wanted direct access to our clients even then so we stopped outsourcing them - Croatian government, TISAK (leading retailer), TDR (biggest regional tobacco company), Horwath HTL Internaional etc -all our clients but they present them on theri company web as their clients.

So it is not coincidence Netgen wanted business.hr our client, we have past relationship i which they were ice-cream subcontractors and we where "evil" not allowing them to meet CEOs and other-high level people you need to know to win great clients and projects.

@Sandra, I really wanted discusion on theme "business ethics", not personal complains... I will do my complains in legal action :)

Little personal info was given so readers can get needed info about situation...
