heya, you have to use the sendout templates.
for example:
extension/eznewsletter/design/standard/templates/eznewsletter/sendout
or
extension/eznewsletter_designs/design/eznewsletter_designs/templates/shop/sendout
text.tpl = plain text message sms.tpl = sms message html.tpl = html messagelinked.tpl = html message with images linked to your host
