Its know and been fixed for a while in svn, new rc version out now for the ones that do not use svn to test the upcoming editor:http://ez.no/developer/contribs/applications/ez_oe_mce

Hi,
it looks like an old bug but i m facing the same issue here with eZ OE 5.0.4 (eZp 4.2).
However, if content.ini -> [paragraph].AllowEmpty is set to false, the issue doesnt occur.
Any ideas ?
