1. Because the normal max file size allowed is small than the file we wanted to upload (and I don't know where the file "php.ini" is nor do I have any access to it), I create a new class that require a file with max file size allowed is 50 MB
2. --> create an instance of the class
3. --> put the file in the field --> "Send to publish"
And that error appeared.
