Are you seeing nothing at all?
That occasionally happens for me when Apache or PHP crashes. Could be lack of memory (and the server not telling you so).

I don't see anything, even the source code is completely blank, but only in the plain_admin page. I restarted Apache, but it couldn't be that because the plain pages are working well...I don't know what to do...

Have you tried to enable PHP error reporting and the eZ publish debug output?
