You should give a try to SQLIImport. This is a generic extension allowing you to handle all the imports you want, whatever the data is. Moreover, it has a set of classes for CSV management ;-)

extension/bcimportcsv/bin/./bccsvjoomlacontenttablehtmlimport.php 68 extension/bcimportcsv/var/example.csv article . I write this command when I 'm in /var/www/myez$ . is the correct directory to launch the script?
Yes in both cases you will need to run the scripts from the commande line. The only thing to know is that you need to run every CLI script from the root of your eZ Publish instance (like in your example).
