I'm not certain if you really are driven to create a way to use eztc via the admin or If you are just looking to find a quick way to run eztc and move on... I just finished writing another master thread on the subject of php (cli). Basically it boils down to this, if your trying to use php (cli) on an (average) linux server you can just download the apropriate version (for your server).
