Well if you know the nodeid or better the object id, write a small php script that will fetch the node or object by this id. Then either reimport that data into a new object or create a new version of the same object, this depends at the end on what happened with the content.
If you cannot fetch it per script, I don't know what to do, except scouring the database :-(
