Hi Nabil,
Look into settings/site.ini file. There is section [UserSettings] and VerifyUserEmail=
In your override site.ini.append.php add
[UserSettings] VerifyUserEmail=disabled

I just had to modify the Roles and Policies in order to grant accesses and it worked perfectly. :)
