This bugfix version, is that only for those with a valid upgradeable license? Meaning those who purchased the OE less than one month ago, or those who bought a full year of upgrades.
Yes, all OE releases only available for the persons with valid licence. (upgrade or less than 30 days). If you have a licence it is possible to buy upgrade for 29 USD.
The server license: is it per physical server or rather a domain? I can't imagine 20 ez publish sites hosted on 1 server (unless these are very low traffic sites). Or is this a kind of "company" license, meaning you can install it on any server (or cluster) hosting as many sites you want?
