I doubt anyone will be able to solve your issue with the information supplied - It's simply not enough to go on.
I suggest that you check the ez Publish logs ( var/log/* ) and your webserver logs, particularly the error log for clues. If possible turn on debugging in the admin interface and see what output you get.
