You could try filling the hidden fields with encrypted values. Dont know if that might be worth the effort.

Are the fields "content" fields? If so then populating them with workflow should not be an issue. Contributed workflows like http://ez.no/community/contribs/workflow/personal_folder should give you some clues on how to build this.
