I had the same problem. Just select News portal during installation and don't add any additional features in next step. Setup should finish installation then, without these two errors.

Hi,

Solved with the two links :
-> Setting mysql tables to MyIsam
-> Installing ezp with just plain site and no additionnal packages (I added them after).
