I would suggest you install the recent version of the ez community project 2011.5 (based on ez 4.5): http://share.ez.no/download-develop/downloads/ez-publish-community-project-2011.5 The right versions of ez components are bundled with theese releases. The ones you need are ezpublish-4.3.0-full-with_ezc-gpl.tar.gz (28.99 MB) or ezpublish-4.3.0-full-with_ezc-gpl.zip (34.28 MB). ezc stands for eZ Components. You can change the ezcomponents path in config.php of the ez root, if u want to use your own install.
