I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled both the 3.1 and 3.0 verisons using the Windows Installer and get the same issue. I will try to see if something else has installed PHP on my system but the only one I was aware of was the one installed with the Windows Installer package. OTher ideas?
I seem to have fixed this. I wiped out every file I could find that had anything to do with ezPublish, rebooted, reinstalled and it is working ok (from this issue at least). Thanks.
