Hi,
First point : you may have a bad Apache configuration . Check the DocumentRoot of your VirtualHost, it must have the real path to your eZPublish root.
Second point : http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/4_0/reference/configuration_files/site_ini/siteaccesssettings/pathprefix
