Hi,
Have a look in the policies for the editor group. You can use the limitation to self editing.They will be allow to edit their own posting, and only their own postings.

Thanks for your fast answer. I tried to assign a policy with the following settings:
Module - Function - Limitcontent - edit - Class( Forum , Forum topic , Forum reply ) , Section( Intern ) , Owner( Self )
But that doesn't work. Can you tell me what's wrong?
