What you an do is :
- install a fresh verion of eZPublish, take plain site
- download the packages for ezflow and ezwebin
- after the install, go to packages in the admin interface - install the packages you would like (extension packages for exemple)
At the end, you just will have some design overriding to do to use the functionnalites of one or another site design.
