Hello again,
If I duplicate the pagelayout from standard/templates/pagelayout.tlpand move the duplicated file to gallery/templates/pagelayout.tpl
It will not get the right CSS or design references.
What am I doing wrong?
The source code for the page seems to get the wrong links to all the CSS that define the previous design... and also all the menues, etc.
The references to the CSS are made at:
/design/base/stylesheets/core.css /stylesheets/admin.css /design/standard/stylesheets/debug.css
note that duplicating the pagelayout is the first thing I do after the instalation...
please help...

Found the error (my error)
I was duplicating the pagelayout from standard design
It should be from base design....
