Hello Dhaval,
maybe your files got the wrong permissions.
First try to change the chmod and chown permissions.
Otherwise are you able to give any further informations? like PHP version, apache version, mysql version, eZPublish version?!

we have assigned all permissions.
and we have following versions installed :
php 5.1.6
MySQL 5.1
apache 2.2.3
eZ publish 4.3

If you enable display_errors in php.ini, then you'll get some more info. Basically that more info can be found in var/log/* or by enabling DebugOutput.
