Well, I am running on a WinXP server, so file permissions is not an issue.
In terms of defining roles and permissions through EZ, I can no longer access my admin interface either. I get the feeling there is a connection here somewhere.
Mayhaps the problem has to with siteaccess settings, but I am not sure...
Could you please provide some more information, From which version to which version you upgraded ?
What error you are getting while executing scripts ? You can also see some error log from /var/log/error.log or turn on debuger that would be also helpful to you.
