This still looks like you have permission problems...
Are there files in settings/override and settings/siteaccesses/siteaccess_name if not you have not assigned the proper permissions

I fixed it with a fresh install. I was sure what all folders there was that needed the permissions changed, so i just unpacked the tarball again and starting from scratch. btw it was the permissions for settings/override. Thanks
