I read the specs and the comments. It's look like this is not yet implemented as I checked the ez.no website. If I go to the german par in 'Standardlösungen und Software' the URL is http://ez.no/de/solutions/solutions_and_software
Checked fast.no and it's the same.

The translation patch is almost finnished, but multilingual URL support has not been implemented yet. I'm not sure when it will be done, but it'll probably be included in 3.7.
