Problem exists only under Internet Explorer, to fix, this you will have to change some CSS styles for right toolbar. Look for "rightmenu" or "rightmenu-design" in site.css file, add background-color: #FFFFFF; should help.
no man, it didnt work, to see if it was doing something i changed the color to #000000 and it only made a black stripe around the list..., I tried both of the rightmenus, and even a third one righttool something, thanks anyway
