Could you provide some more info...
Did the images work with the previous version? What OS are you using? Windows of Unix/Linux?Were any other changes made to the system?
eZ uses /usr/bin/convert program to handle images, maybe this program got corrupt or changed path...
Check if you can run this program manually from shell.
Also it could be possible that something is misconfigured in your eZ settings. Check if the file:
var/forum/storage/images/verslo_partneriams/new_article/2723-4-lit-LT/new_article.gif
exsist, and that your settings point to the apropriate var dir.
