Your second link Phillip does not relate to Ez 3.6.7 or later as this fix has already been applied to ezsys.php.
After I did my installation, all the links goto "www.mysite.com/ez/index.php/whatever" but these give me Not Found error. If I manually add the ? to index.php it works, but of course all the links don't have this.
Is there another fix? or have I done something wrong?
