The content seems not to be translated from one language to another, so many urls are serving similar content, google may ignore massively more than you expect considering this as no really clean. I would recommend 1st to finish translation before analysing google behaviour on this site ...

The first check would be to remove untranslated pages, and wait to see google behavior but it's rigjt that most content are served by 8 differents URLs.
