Could you take please a look at the server error log and post the messages that correspond to your ez publish access attempt?

hi, i have the same problem.
the server is apache 1.3.27 php 4.3.1mysql 4.0.14-standard
the first demo site with news and without pictures is shown, but everything afterwards not.
the server log:

I raised the php memory. I made the var directory rwx.I went through the site access several times.
I have no idea. It would be very nice, if someone would have a hint, what to do.
