The 21 pages are fine. ez uses that many standard-templates.
Note, that the first block of templates on the page ("common templates") is always there and always the same.
The Navigator only navigates through the lower block ("all templates") If /node/view/search.tpl is a "common template" (first block), you will see that on every page.
