Hi!
Try following settings if this helps
[DebugSettings]DebugOutput=enabled
[TemplateSettings]ShowUsedTemplates=enabled
This will display all used templates in the debug output.

Well, I tried those settings, but line templates are not output so I cannot figure out which ones are being used...
