I also am having the same problem. I think the best solution here is to dump this software and go get a free copy of phpWebSite. Something tells me if I use this product I'll be paying them forever just to get their own bugs out. And of course the documentaion is virtually non-existent. At $100 an hour, I can't afford to have this software installed for me and I'm tired of fooling with it.
