if you want to know if you have the imagemagick installed on your computer. open the file
image.ini.append.php
located in .../settings/override/ and look theses lines:
[ImageMagick]
IsEnabled=true
ExecutablePath=c:\program files\imagemagick-6.4.4-q16 {* path to imagemagick *}
Executable=convert.exe
