I'm not sure of this as I didn't try this myself, but maybe you can set different anonymous users for the different site accesses.
In site.ini.append of your siteaccess:
[UserSettings] AnonymousUserID=10
independent eZ Publish developer and service provider | http://blog.coomanskristof.be | http://ezpedia.org
