hi,
i'm not shure , but have you verify the configuration settings :
[SiteAccessSettings] RequireUserLogin=true RelatedSiteAccessList[]= RelatedSiteAccessList[]=ShowHiddenNodes=false
and
[FileSettings]VarDir=
.....
if you change the site access , the configuration must be changed.
