Hello,

Actually, this question has already been asked on the forum.
Check out this link:

thanks paul

i have settings.

but i dont have the share/translations/fre-fr/translation.ts file.
i have just share/translations/translation.ts file.
i have seen admin side keywords in the file.
i change some key words like "Content Structure".

<message>
<source>Manage the main content structure of the site.</source>
<translation type="unfinished"></translation>
</message>

so i changed to this

<message>
<source>Manage the main content structure of the site.</source>
<translation type="unfinished">Testing Data</translation>
</message>

this line "Manage the main content structure of the site" comes at the title tag of "content structure" link at admin side main menu.

but the change doesn't reflect. i removed the cache also.

but still no result.

pelase tell me more about this.

Hello Patel,

You should find the translation.ts files in the folder:
/share/translation/

If you are editing a translation.ts file, make watch out on the encoding of the file:
You can use the qt_linguist to edit your file.

the file /share/translations/fre-fr/translation.ts is definitely needed.

Chances are if you do not have it is because you are using ezP 3.10, which does not come yet with all the translations included (at every ez release the translations are updated and recertified).

You can probably just get a french translation file from zip of eZ 3.9 and use that one - most of the admin interface will be translated fine

Thanks a lot,

i am using ezp 3.10 and in this version language folders are not there.

so what i have done that create one folder named "fre-FR" in share/translations/

and take translation.ts file from ezp3.9.3/share/translations/fre-FR/translation.ts and copied to ezp3.10/share/translations/fre-FR/ .

and as i refreshed at admin side i got memory error.

so in index.php file i have set the memory limit to 100MB on 58 line no. and on 56 line i set 44040192 to 104857600. so i got the administation in french . then i again set memory limit to old one. and now its working well.

once again thanks a lot.
