here's the solution i found myself: Anonymous content create Class( Comment ) , Section( Standard ) , ParentClass( Folder , Link , File , Comment , Article , Image ) Anonymous content edit Class( Comment ) , Section( Standard )

hello,
you can create a role with a policy to add (edit and create) permissions for comments below articles and assign that to the anonymous user.
Browsing through the admin inetrface, section users -> roles should shed some light on this issue.
