welcome to the forum.
I think there is something wrong with your fetch-syntax. It should look something like this, I think:
{fetch( 'content', 'list', hash( 'parent_node_id', $node.node_id, 'class_filter_type', 'include', 'class_filter_array', array( 'folder' ) 'sort_by', array( 'published', false() ) ) )}

thx a lot for the welcome and for your answer.I found out there was a comma missing after $node.node_id, what a stupid mistake.
