Ionel, you can add SetPlacementNodeIDArray[] to forum topic edit template. After publish eZ publish will add new location under News folder. Main topic will be publish under forum topic with additional location under News folder. In line view for news section for forum topic template you need to point to main_node of forum topic. Look in to design/standard/templates/content/edit_placement.tpl for code example.
