If you're inside a node template (node/view/full.tpl) you can do loop=fetch(content,list,hash(parent_node_id,$node.parent_node_id,class_filter_type,include,class_filter_array,array(2)))
The $node variable is the current node and the attribute parent_node_id returns the id of the parent node.
