1. Go to Webshop->Discounts 2. Click "New discount group" button 3. Add new name for this group 4. Click on the name of new discount group5. Add new discount rule, choose Discount percent, Product, Sections

But in this case i get: - or discout for all users in one section- or for one group in all sections
