Try matching the file used, like:
[show_override] Source=shop/basket.tpl MatchFile=my_special_basket.tpl Subdir=templates
or you can use a simple design override, if you have a special design that have higher priority then ezwebin (I guess that is the one you use), you can just place a file in the same path in your own design.
