I always get the, "Why are there items in my inbox" question. I wish there was a better way to name them by default. ie Completed requests or something.
People are so triggered on the word "inbox" that they feel they must clear it. Apart from the interesting physiological ponderings it is a right royal pain.

However, I'm not sure it is realy interesting to keep a track about these actions with no possibility to remove them. In the case of website with hundreds/thousands rejected comments, what is the interest to keep in the database a track of all rejected comments with no possibility to remove them (even they are several years olds) ?
