This looks like an Apache config problem. Did you check the rewriterules and the acces/deny ones?

I am developing in windows, my rewriterules is:(ezpublish 3.10)
<VirtualHost 127.0.0.1:8044> ServerName up310 DocumentRoot "e:\sitiosweb\up310" #RewriteEngine On RewriteRule !\.(gif|css|jpg|png|swf)$ e:\sitiosweb\up310\index.php #RewriteRule content/treemenu/?$ /index_treemenu.php [L]</VirtualHost>
How about linux? I just what to give some kind of guide to the siteground support service?

If it is vista, right click on the file, click properties, click Advanced button and see if 'encrypt files' option is checked. That caused problems for me the other day.. (Might be the same on xp).
