Hi,
You need to override embed.tpl in your design.
Example: In override.ini.append [embed_image] Source=content/view/embed.tpl MatchFile=embed_image.tpl Subdir=templatesMatch[class]=5
then put embed_image.tpl to your_design_name/override/templates/.
embed_image.tpl can be copied from admin/override/templates.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I did the above but I must have done something wrong since I can't get it to work. Is there any documentation more on this?

Adelino, did you clear the (template) caches... or "all caches"?
