It sounds like either:
**You have not specifyed the database settings in your site.ini file correctly
**You have not added the sql files to your database properly **You have some other settings overriding site.ini in settings/siteaccess/admin/site.ini.append.
Yo tenia el mismo problema y lo he solucionado incluyendo en el fichero /settings/siteaccess/admin/site.ini.append la configuracion de la base de datos:
