The number is 3.10 and the time is july.(or ~august if you want to wait for 3.10.1....)

Since this is a 3.x version you can guess, or you could read the roadmap update: http://ez.no/community/news/community_newsletter_7_15th_june_2007
But both the minor and the major number is 4, so nothing new here.
